Cancellation Policy

All reservations are handled in accordance with General Terms of Business of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH).

General CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

• up to 3 months prior to scheduled date of arrival - your deposit will be refunded, a service fee may incur;
• up to 1 month prior to date of arrival, 40% of the total booking price;
• up to 1 week prior to date of arrival, 70% of the total booking price;
• in the last week prior to date of arrival, or “now Show”, 90% of the total booking price.

• COVID-19 – ADDITION
  Cancellations and Changes till to the date of arrival are free of charge, if they are related to a new lockdown or border closure.

CHANGED CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR SUMMER 2022:

• up to 2 weeks prior to sheduled date of arrival - your deposit will be refunded, a service fee may incur; 
• up to 1 week piror to date of arrival, 90% of the total booking price;
• in the last week prior to date of arrival, the total booking price.
